Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most orders are delivered within:
 • 3–7 working days
• Sometimes you may receive your order earlier, even within 5 days
• In some cases, delivery may take 20–25 working days due to courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, or busy seasons

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

3. International Shipping

International delivery times follow the same estimate:
• 5–15 working days, sometimes sooner
• Occasionally 20–25 working days during delays or customs processing

Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number (if a tracked service is selected).
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Reshipping fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to:
• 20 working days normally
• 25 working days in busy or exceptional periods

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost after these timeframes, we will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
