At RYMERE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions listed below. This policy applies to all jewellery and clothing products purchased through our website.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
 • Be returned within 6-7 days of delivery
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please note:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Earrings
• Customised or personalised items
• Sale or clearance products (unless damaged on arrival)
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:
• Wrong size (for clothing)
• Different design (if available)
• Faulty or defective items

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Items must be returned within 6–7 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 working days:

9. International Orders

Return shipping from outside the UK will be at the customer’s cost. Customs fees or import charges are non-refundable.
